In the late 2030s in Latin America, Gabhán City falls under an oppressive regime, with its people trapped behind a tall wall in poverty. Alba, a young woman aiding the needy, is persuaded by Lucre to leave with smugglers. Misled by Lucre's deceit, Alba's journey across the border transforms her life forever.
