Designing Cinematic Spaces Where Stories Come Alive

Guatemalan art director. She began her career in audiovisual media in 2018 as a volunteer makeup artist on the feature film "La Llorona" by Jayro Bustamante. Since then, she has participated in numerous feature films and several short films, developing her skills in the art department. She has served as art director on feature films, notably on "Fireflies in Mozote" directed by Ernesto Melara, filmed in El Salvador. Beyond Guatemala, she has worked in countries such as France, Italy, and El Salvador. She has extensive experience in advertising commercials, also within the art department. Currently, she is the Vice President of the Guatemalan Association of Audiovisual and Cinematography (AGACINE), a member of the Guatemalan Commission on Festivals, where she represented Guatemala at the Malaga Film Festival in 2023. She is also a Board Member of the Guatemalan Academy of Cinema. She is certified in art direction through a specialization diploma from Congo Film School.
